Spindle hub wheel bearing for 2006 Dodge Ram 2500

"I ordered this hub at 12:44 am on March 5th, and paid $3.00 more to have it here within 5 days. Then the nexted day I was sent a tracking number. On Friday March 8th the part hadn't moved so I decided to call them. Well, I waited a hour and a half to get a return call "because they were busy with other callers". When I talked to them they said that if it has a tracking number, then it is at the post office. So, I called the post office and they said that they have never recieved the part. They also said that they have told "Parts Geek" countless times not to ship through thier post office, because they don't have a truck that picks up there! So called Parts Geek back and then recieved a call back from them in 2.5 hours stating that it was still in their warehouse and that i should wait 24 to 48 hours and check back with them. Well here we are on the 20th of March, and I've already waited 2×48 hours and I'm almost done with the third time of a 48 hour wait, and still haven't received the part, or a number that can be tracked. Yes I have spent hours messaging them and talking to them on the phone, and I just keep getting told to wait another 24 to 48 hours. Well, im about to call them again and this is Wednesday. So another 48 hours will be Friday, and then the weekend doesn't count.
I strongly sugest that no one ever order from them, because I've never in all my life seen such of a messed up or inconsiderate company. The only thing that they can do is apologize over and over again, and I think that their main protocol is to wait 24 to 48 hours. When i called them on Monday I had already waited 88 hours after they finally started looking for the part. All they can say is that they are waiting for a reply from their warehouse, and strongly suggest that I wait another 24 to 48 hours. Do yourself a big favor, and shop with a company that actually cares about their customers, and their reputation!!! Also, please check out the B.B.B.s website on this company's complaints. I sure wish I would have looked before ordering from them!

Great service-Mirror replacement

"Great communication with my online order and delivery. My first mirror order was delivered and installed. However, both mirrors were defective. I contacted PartsGeek and through a chat, we were able to reorder another set of mirrors and return the original order (for a refund) The 2nd set of mirrors were installed and work great."

"I purchased a front wheel bearing for my BMW, after patiently waiting for shipping I was greeted by my mail carrier with a ripped open empty box, tried to contact Parts Geek by phone and ended up emailing to find out how I was going to get a replacement part. Seven hours later I received a phone call and was told I would have to purchase a new part while they started an investigation into the shipping companies Miss handling of parts. Long story short I have now received two parts and apparently it's my responsibility to jump through hoops and re-ship a part to get credit back, This was my very first experience and last with Parts Geek , I would just say, be careful to anyone purchasing parts that you may be stuck paying for something you never received. "
