"My part (rotors & brake pads) had 2 options. One for rotors without vent holes, one with. I got the one with, as it seemed better. When I brought them to my mechanic, he informed me that the holes would soon rust and my brakes would squeak. I returned them to Parts Geek at the cost of $102!!! They refuse to refund me the cost of the parts unless I sent it via a trackable manner, and I had to provide them with the tracking number. This was the cheapest possible way to return them. Parts Geek will not refund me the $102, and they refused to receive the part (according to the post office). When I called them about it, they told me that the post office was mistaken, and that they had the part at their warehouse, and it would take up to 2 weeks for my refund for the returned rotors. The next day, I get an email from them that they received a notice from the post office that "the customer requested the part be held at the post office", and they asked me if I requested it. Long story short, don't buy anything from them unless you know for a fact that the part is the best part for your vehicle. They do have great prices, and they do warrantee their parts for a year, so I was very happy with them up until this experience. I just can't afford to lose $102 to send a part back that they didn't adequately describe on their website. I did finally get my refund for the parts but won't be reimbursed for the $102 to send them back."
