"Ordered a upper and lower control arm kit for a 1965 Pontiac. They only sent the lowers, and when I put in a support request, they told me to return the lowers, which I understood since the kit was incomplete, which I thought was them starting the process of a refund. I was sad to have to put my plans off to fix the car that weekend, but I was even more disappointed when I found out that I was going to have to pay return shipping!! $60 darn dollars to return parts because of a mistake that someone else made just doesn't seem right to me. So now I'm out the time and basically paid to look at a pair of lower control arms and go "Yeah, these would be good parts if they sent the whole kit" and then just send them right back.
