Received damaged

"I received damaged parts two times. Tried to return parts for credit or replacement and received terrible customer service. I cannot speak to a person or have someone call me back. I have not received credit for the first damaged part received in unuseable condition"

They make the return process very difficult but they are responsive.

"To return the item they ask that you upload a picture of it, send it back in the original box and other strict directions and notations on the shipping label or you will not get credit for the return. It is near impossible to ship the item back."

They don't stand behind their defective products.

"I ordered DIY Solutions headlights for my F-150. Got them. For the life of me, I can't get them to go in straight. The originals went in straight. The ones I bought after the DIY Solutions went in straight. So I'm left to conclude that the DIY Solutions are not manufactured to specs. However, this crappy company, Parts Geek (Geek isn't the first name that comes to mind for me), refers me to an automated online return system. The return cannot be made because the part was "installed". After multiple days of calling, I got through to various representatives, all of whom refer me to the online return process. They told me to enter "not installed". I did that. The website won't accept it. Customer "service" seems to be powerless over their online system and to this point, after a week of trying, I still can't returns the headlights. So I have disputed the purchase on my credit card. Not a great way to do business. I won't buy more parts from them, ever."

Great service!

"Not really anything to say about them used one time. The price was a little higher than I could find the same product for. All in all the part was in great shape when arrived. I was surprised when I only had a 1 year warranty. If I had gone with 1A Auto I would’ve paid less money with a lifetime warranty for the same exact part. That is the honest answer I can give. "
