The delivery service by the postal service is a nationwide public known disaster and by continuing to use them for your delivery service is a disservice to your customers. Keep in mind that you sell auto parts and a customers auto is a necessity and every day their auto is down waiting for a needed part cost them money as well as a possible serious situation for their family and their safety. Most likely I will seek a different source for my future parts needs based strictly because of this issue."
"Ordering and that portion of the process was simple. The complete kit, including plugs and wires was also a plus. However the distributor does not match. The unit on our 1996 Rav 4 uses a center post connection for the feed from the coil, the shipped alternator does not do that. There is nothing on the parts geek site about tech support, just a form to fill out and I am not willing to give up yet more time to deal with this. The customer support form is canned and does not fit the issue that I have with the order. I will not be using partsgeek again. "
