When trying to return it we were told they had sent the correct part even though we sent pictures that it was not even close to the correct part, they refuse to pay return shipping and insist on keeping 5%. Also the customer service representative was rude and unhelpful. We asked around at local appliance stores and were told they've heard complaints of the same thing from the website, they are scamming people.. Will never use them again and let our own customers know not to."
