"I have had a excellent experience shopping on this parts Dr website, every time I set out to look for a part for my appliance I find it and at an excellent price. I can't say much for those other places like the bay store which offer old beat up items. I am more the please to deal with this site even though they stoped shipping to my actual location so I had them ship it to my son's location so he can send the items to me. I will continue to support this site.

He was rude, asked same questions over and over and would not help me. Finally, he said to find a different distributor. Worse yet, he blocked me from any further chats with partsdr.com. I bought the part that same day from DIY Appliance who offered professional service.
