When I reached out to see the status of my order, they informed me that the part was damaged therefore they didn’t ship it out. I asked them to ship out immediately and refund my shipping (as I had paid for expedited shipping). They refused to refund my shipping and instead cancelled my order. Rude customer service, horrible company, would not recommend this company at all! Will continue to make sure this company is blasted on social media so people are aware of their unscrupulous practices. "
