"I purchased a washing machine hose which on a graph on THEIR site shows it to be 30", however when I received it it was 29". i sent side by side pictures of the old and new hose with a ruler. When I told them I believed it is mismanufactured they refused to send me a return label. They DID NOT refund me my original shipping and to top it off charged restocking fee for something that shoud not be restocked!!! DO NOT do business with these people as they will STEAL your money if you have a problem! I purchased from 2 other companies that refunded my full purchase price and sent return lables!! I was also reassure it was the right part number for the washer!!!
