"I emailed them for a shipping date estimate on a part that needed to be pre-ordered and the turn around email from a human being was received within 5 minutes! The chat agent was also very quick to respond and although he couldn’t answer my question, knew immediately to direct me back to the email form page.
What’s best is the pricing on the item. With shipping, it came out to $55.57. The next closet price for the same item was $74.77 with shipping. So far, I’m happy. Let’s hope the item arrives in good condition!"

"Ordered a kit of moving bolts to move a washer. Spent over 50 dollars on what was supposed to be 4 bolts. The package was three days late arriving but it was the Friday before my Tuesday move so it was ok. The problem was that there was only one bolt instead of four! I called them and they took no responsibility. It wasn’t their fault. I asked them to overnight another. They did but it too arrived late by two days(after my move was over) and it was again only one bolt! Again they say how none of it is their fault. No seeming understanding for my frustration and now I have to jump through hoops after copiously documenting the packages and get an image with all the pieces in the same image before they will process the return. Terrible service. Wasted hours with them and they won’t just fix the problem and move on. "

"If you or anything from this company and have to return it for any reason they make it almost nearly impossible. I ordered a gasket for my refrigerator incorrectly, to get a refund you need to ship it back in the original packaging. UPS would not ship it back in the original packaging. I told this company that and they told me to fold it up or wrap it up and put it in another box along with the original packaging folded up inside. That’s just ridiculous. The gasket would probably be damaged then if I folded it up. And of course I’d for sure I wouldn’t get a refund. Then I ordered the correct gasket and it didn’t sit right. They then told me I had to use a heat source to expand the gasket. That didn’t work. They told me I could not get a refund because I installed it. I would definitely not buy from them again. "
