Absolute incompetence.

"I ordered two four packs that were listed on the website as four packs. My receipt says two ordered of four packs (4pk). I only received two actual spark plugs in the mail for $9.95 shipping. When I call to complain I got a 20-minute wait time and the runaround. Any and all options I was presented with were would only benefit the company, not me the customer. I will never order again from this so-called company. "
