"Amazing product steel plates are heat treated and the clutch came with a picture of the stack order. Product was labeled as ships in 1-2 days but wasn't delivered to their warehouse until 4 days after I placed my order. I never received any notifications on my order other than the status of item being prepared not shipped. After getting in touch with customer support the package status was then changed. "

"I ordered valves for a Polaris, 3 of the valves were wrong. Called in and they were very apologetic, said they would have them overnighted that day and send me tracking. Valves did not ship out for 4 days and took 3 days to arrive. Once new valves came in they were too short and required thicker buckets to set valve lash. Called back once again and ordered 3, told the person I needed them ASAP and said he would have them expedited free of charge. Once again, items did not ship until 36 hours later and took 7 days to be delivered. "
