"I ordered $1300+ in parts from you for my Africa twin. Some were the wrong parts for my bike. After having to argue with a representative he finally asked for the VIN # of my bike and realized that the parts were the wrong ones for my bike. I asked him to send the correct parts and send a return label for the wrong parts. He said I have to order the correct parts on a separate order and I had to pay for the correct parts separately and couldn't just do an exchange. So that's what I did. It's been almost a week since you received the return parts and to this day, I have not seen a refund for the returned parts. What's up with that Zilla. 1st you send me some wrong parts, then you're slow to refund me for them? I have to say I'm upset with that. "

"I received an order completely in tact with no damage that was missing a small part. Clearly the item was missed in shipment preparation. I notified the company of the Missing part and was refunded. I then received a letter from USPS citing the filing of an insurance claim. This is fraud and I cannot support a company with such shady practices "
