"I've purchased for years from the company for two bikes and recently started purchasing things for my snowmobiles. I broke an A-arm as one does snowmobilling and whent to order a replacement. I prefer to go OEM and pay a bit more. Also it's nice to have matching hardware on your machine. The site had a kit listed for a decent price and I ordered that item. What I received was just the A-Arm not including any of the bolts, nuts bushing etc that was detailed in the kit. Upon reaching out i was informed the site is not up to date and that the kit although listed and able to be put into the cart to check out was replaced with the singular A-arm item. When trying to manually get all the pieces that is no longer included.... the total went up 400%. I need to be able to order with confidence so I can keep my machines up and running during the seasons. A few bucks here and there is one thing but when a kit is listed for ~$170 and I don't receive it. I'm not as likely to then spend another ~$500 more to get the new separate items. More so I needed to have it back up and running for the weekend and I can't get the necessary parts in time. "

Friday is the earliest we could ship the new order. UPS does not routinely operate on Saturday or Sunday, so the earliest the package could arrive would be on Monday. We understand this was not the expected outcome when you placed your order with us and apologize that your original order was lost in transit with the carrier.
