"Of my 10 items ordered, 1 was out of stock, and delaying the shipment of the other items. Not sure how that happens, not exactly an ideal situation. Then it took 9 days to arrive after ordering. Customer service tried to argue that it was only 4 business days, when it was really 7. Then they say well, its about how many business days after we ship the order lol.. Try not waiting a week before sending out an order.. Not a great first impression.. "

If the order is oversized when we have to ship it, we'll have to ship it freight but unfortunately we don't know until we measure it for the carrier then they let us know the cost for the freight shipping. “We apologize for the less than satisfactory experience you had with us. We strive to make sure all of our inventory counts and delivery estimates are accurate; however, mistakes do happen from time to time. Unfortunately, there is no way to link our system to the manufacturer, therefore, all ETAs displayed are best estimates, based on the average time it takes for parts to arrive at our distribution center. Once we place the order with the manufacturer and receive updates, we send those out via email. Shipping times begin once the order leaves our facility. This is notated at checkout.
