"I purchased a large patio umbrella at patioshoppers.com. The umbrella arrived after a detour (courtesy of UPS) at my house in the wrong color with a bent crank. It took me three attempts to reach the vendor by phone, but once I spoke to am employee, she was very friendly, immediately shipped a replacement item (which arrived as promised) and provided a return label for the damaged item.
She went out of her way to make sure I was happy. Great service - I'll buy there again!

"Ordered 3 piece patio set. Set came in good condition in a reasonable shipping time. Price was reasonable and got free shipping which is awesome for a large item. The one item did however come without hardware, but I think it fell out during shipping. Called and they had the manufacturer send the missing hardware directly to me without any hassle or cost to me. Would recommend!"

Their customer service is basically non-responsive and when I did get a response the information provided was false - they said they would ship that day or the next. Don't expect them to care about the matter either."

"I bought an offset patio umbrella fro patio shoppers in January. One of the claims on their website was that "nylon" parts on this umbrella were unbreakable. My nylon connecting part broke. I thought, "no big deal" they'll make good on it. Wrong! It has been over a week since I contacted them, emailed photos, etc etc........and nada. DO NOT BUY from the internet company!!!"
"Received umbrella that was damaged in shipping about a week ago. I called customer service the same day and they asked that I email pictures of the damage to them so they could send to the manufacturer. Their policy requires that I have to obtain a return # before sending back, but they told me they have to get approval from the manufacturer first. It's almost a week later and I still haven't received approval and don't even know when I'll receive a replacement. The girl in customer service has been as nice as she can be, but has to adhere to the company policy. At this point though I just want a refund and have them pick the umbrella up. Their policy could use some revising to more customer friendly."
"I ordered a deck umbrella from Patio Shoppers and couldn't have been more pleased with the order. On their website it gave a few weeks lead time to manufacture the umbrella but it shipped out within a week. I placed the order in August so I'm guessing the fast turn around time was because of the slow season. I received an order confirmation shortly after placing the order and another email confirming the ship date.
The umbrella arrived packaged well and looks great. They offer alot of different options and materials so you can really have a custom umbrella made to your liking. I stumbled upon this store by accident but I'm glad I found it. Highly recommended. "
