"Awful experience. They had flowers delivered same day on New Years Eve which was great, what arrived was horrible. My girlfriend told me they looked half dead. When I arrived 2 days later they smelled awful and actually had black rot on the tips of the flowers. They had to be thrown away. I emailed customer service and they replied 5 days later apologizing and stating my next order will be given extra care. That offers no help on my current order and the embarrassment of having junk flowers delivered. What happened to their guarantee? Never again."

"I purchased a fridge from Lowes on Sat. the 17th and they called me at 7:30AM the next day to schedule a time to deliver! So I ordered on a Sat. afternoon and had my fridge installed and the old one hauled away on Sunday! It blew my mind that not only did they bring it on a Sunday but the speed as well. The installers were extremely friendly and couldn't be happier with my experience. I saved over $300 from Home Depots price, and they would've have taken over a week to special order it. After a terrible experience at Home Depot I since canceled my Home Depot card, opened a Lowes account, and plan on using them exclusively from now on even though they're further away."

"I went to order a refrigerator that Lowes had listed for cheaper. Home Depot offers a price match plus beat it by %10. I did an online chat with HD and the rep said she could offer the %10 as store credit, or I can go to my local store and they can lower the actual sales price. She was only authorized to give store credit and not adjust the price which was fine. I went to my local HD in Honesdale PA to buy the fridge. The sales associate said she can meet the price but not beat it because it's not an in stock item. When I asked if any of these appliances were in stock she said no, they have to be ordered. That pretty much voids all large appliances then even though the online chat rep was going to honor the deal as store credit! She gets the manager and he was a joke. He walks over and says the sales rep already explained the policy and they can't honor the %10 difference. He didn't ask about the online chat or anything else--it was like he didn't want to be bothered and couldn't care less about the sale. I said to my father lets just go to Lowes and the manager says "OK" and walks away. This guy is absolutely not management material. I wound up canceling my HD credit card and opening a Lowes account. Not only did they have the fridge cheaper they also had a %10 off coupon and it was delivered the very next day on a Sunday! I also got the fridge for over $300 less than HD. That manager is the sole reason I will never shop at HD again."

"CyberPower has fair prices and I liked the wiring job they did, it also arrived quickly as it was one of their same day specials. Ordering was easy online and I liked how they posted any rebates/specials a part may be running. My main problem is with their 1 year parts warranty. I had an ADATA 256GB SSD drive for 2 weeks when I went to swap it with another larger SSD boot drive. The pins were slightly bent and the more I tried to straighten them the worse they got by trying to reconnect it. What else could I do but try to straighten the pins? I can't use the drive if I can't plug it in! I request an RA# from CyberPower, explain the situation, and am told to send pictures. I send pics and they say they don't cover physical damage. I had the drive 2 weeks and their telling me they cant fix it or send a refurbished unit. There's absolutely no reason I would do this on purpose and the drive is only 2 weeks old. Each email response took a few days to get a response which they apologized for the delay. Unfortunately that put me over the 30 day return period or I would have returned the entire system. In the end they couldn't use common sense in seeing this was an accident from a slightly bent pin which only got worse from trying to fix it. Maybe it was a bad soldering job, who knows? These are brass pins that are very thin. In all my years I never had this happen with any HD or SSD drive I installed. They wouldn't budge. I contacted ADATA directly and they are going to fix the drive for free. Thats customer service. They responded quickly, asked for pics, then granted an RA#. ADATA can use reasoning and weigh in the fact the drive was only 2 weeks old and these pins can bend easily. It's not like I spilled coffee on it or dropped it. THat would be my fault and wouldn't expect a replacement. This is why places like Amazon and ADATA are great. They actually help their customers instead of blowing them off, which is why I will continue to purchase ADATA products and shop at Amazon. I have a loose HDMI port on my graphics card as well. Any movement and it loses connection with my monitor saying signal lost. You can actually feel how loose it is just by how much give it has when plugging it in, and I've tried 3 different HDMI cables. I haven't even contacted then about this issue as I have lost all faith in their customer service and would blow my top when they say "oh its a physical thing, sorry we can't help you.""

We are unable to provide warranty replacements if there is physical damage on an item. However, we are glad to hear that the manufacturer of the part still covered the item for you. "I use MeritLine for non OEM ink for my Canon printer. The updated chip works great and my printer recognizes them fine. I only use this printer to print web docs so paying 60 bucks for OEM ink seems kinda crazy. The ink always arrives quickly, is packaged well, and works great. Out of 3 orders I did have one cartridge that wasn't recognizable. Even with that one fluke I'm still a happy camper as the price is so good."

"Ordered the front and rear set of WeatherTech DigiFit floorliners for my new Ram 1500 Quad cab. They fit perfectly, are easy to clean, and they shipped fast. The price seems a little high for floor mats but hopefully they last a good while."

"I ordered some rain guards but when they arrived the UPS guy noticed the box was pretty beat up. After looking inside a piece of the plastic fell out so he took it back. AutoAnything sent out a replacement about a week later and that one arrived fine. Unfortunately I broke the drivers side visor during the installation because I have awesome luck like that. I just threw them in the garbage and ordered a different manufactures brand."

"I couldn't be happier with PureTalk. I was paying $92/month with ATT for a 3 line 700 minute family plan. I've been with PureTalk for about 3 months now and consistently pay $20/month for all 3 lines, no taxes or extra fees. The rollover minutes keep my account padded so I don't see going over the $20/month. If you do go over they just add another $10 block of minutes. The service has been exactly the same as ATT in terms of coverage. The only downside for me is the inability to send or receive picture messages. Normal texting is fine (which is deducted from your minutes and not charged extra) but picture messages are not available. I really hope that can be addressed in the future. I really liked the idea that you can bring your own phone. There are no contracts/commitments whatsoever and all ATT phones are compatible. I got sick of all the extra charges with ATT and now the mandatory fees like data and text plans for most of their phones. It started out with just business phones, then the iphone, now pretty much every phones requires a data or text plan even if you have no use for it. I use free WiFi and rarely text. That was the main reason I didn't opt for an iPhone. Their online site to access account info is great and very easy to use. You can change your plan, check your minutes, distribute rollover minutes between your family phones, etc. The $20/month is deducted automatically which is great. I always stayed away from prepaid phones because I hated the idea of having to buy refill cards. Aside from the inability to send/receive pics I couldn't be happier. Saving $70/month is a great feeling!"

"I was very pleased with my first order. I ordered on Thursday evening and received my order Monday afternoon. It seems like they just recently started offering dog food which is what I purchased. They had the best price by far with free shipping. The only downside is I normally purchase two 30lb bags of food at a time but the free shipping offer is only up to 35lbs. I have no problem placing two separate orders though. They didn't have alot in the grain free selection but they seem to be expanding their inventory so hopefully that improves. I like to rotate between brands so it would be nice to have a little more to choose from. The only downside was I never received a tracking number. I did receive an email stating my order was shipped but that was it. When I checked under my account the tracking field was left blank. No big deal as it arrived very quickly regardless. Once I made an account I noticed their PetCareRX points. For every $100 spent you earn $5. I thought that was great. I also love their "Deal of the day" emails. They're not just a percentage off an inflated price, they're really good deals. In the two days I've been a member I received an email for two different Kong toys for a PENNY! You simply can't beat a deal that offers great items for a penny. Bottom line -- their prices are fantastic, they offer great daily deals, shipping was extremely quick, and I certainly plan on shopping here again."

"I purchased a printer which B&H had the lowest price on. The site was easy to navigate and had a great selection of electronics. The box was packed very well with no movement at all inside the box. The amazing thing was the free shipping. I ordered on Wed. afternoon and it was at my house the very next day! Granted, I'm in PA and they're in NY but it was still pretty amazing. I'll certainly be shopping here again for my new toys!"

"Great site that is always adding new and rare treats/chews. Everything from bully sticks, to deer antlers, to cool Himalayan chews lol. The selection of bully sticks is really great. From the different lengths, thickness, smoked or natural, and even various shapes. Its a great way to mix things up. Probably the biggest seller is the price. I could never understand why a 12" bully stick retails for $8 and up at some stores--its actually ridiculous. Bestbullysticks have the best prices I've found anywhere on bullys, and they just started offering price matching for their other items which is great. They shipped my order the next business dayand I got it a few days later. The packing job was great and loose bully sticks were stored in ziplock bags. They also offer many shipping options which is a plus. Certainly plan on making this my go to store for bully sticks and other unique chews."
