"I ordered 550 USD in curtains and that includes 97 USD shipping. I called before putting the order online and was told that the 97$ is expensive but it included the duties and brokerage fees. This would be similar to what Wayfair and other companies charge when shipping from USA to Canada, including clearance fees and duties.
The store shipped the curtains 1 week late and after shipping, no update was provided. I then received a charge of 187 CAD for duties and brokerage fees through UPS. This is not acceptable as I was told prior to purchase that everything is included.
Long story short, this store lacks integrity, It is a shame that they are taking advantage of customers, "
