"I purchased 2 curtain panels from them in 2022. The product was too small so they told me I could return it. They only gave me less than 1/2 the money back. They stated that I did not return both panels. They checked and found that I did return both panels and stated that they would give me all of my money back, ASAP. Then I got an email stating that they do not give refunds for items under $100. So they made a false statement. I am out the money for the curtains. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will never buy from them again. "
"I really like the bedding set I ordered. It was my first time ordering for a King Bed and unfortunately was an expensive mistake that I am making work. If you do not have a "Super" King then don't buy a Super King. I just assumed that there was California King, and King. NOPE.. Not the company's fault, I ordered before I received my furniture so shame on me. Looks very lovely and timeless and I have dressed it up so you would never know it is to large. Super comfortable, and great fabric!"

"I purchased bedding that was returned using UPS. Paul’s home fashions/ Laura would not acknowledge that the items had been received until I filed a claim with PayPal. Then she was very rude and said she didn’t know anything about the claim…She was the only one I spoke with. They then only refunded part of the purchase price after I paid 160.00 for return shipping. Laura was very rude…they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced."

"I was delighted to find Paul’s Home Fashion online. I was a customer of their brick and mortar stores and really loved them. I ordered a lovely toile comforter set and just love it. The fabric is full bodied with a wonderful hand, lays beautifully and the set is so rich looking. While shopping online, I had an occasional question, and emailed my questions. Paul’s was quick to respond. Shipping was quick and as promised. The only slight problem was that I was shorted on throw pillows. Thought I might have made a mistake in my order, but found my order and the packing slip differed. I called the telephone number for Paul’s and spoke to the sweet lady who had answered all of my email questions. She confirmed the discrepancy and immediately ordered the missing pillow.
