I decided to return and emailed customer service. They don't supply a return label. I had to create my own return label which cost me $21.00 to ship a box that was 16lbs. through USPS. I received a credit with a reduction for their original shipping fee. They advertise free shipping but charge you it back if you return the item. Rip off. Do not buy from this company. "
