"I had to return items for exchange for color because of difference in website color pictures, and 1 wrong item sent. When I called I was told I would not get charged for original shipping. That was a lie because not only did they charge for original shipping, but I had to pay for return shipping. I tried to give business to small companies, but never again!!!!"
"It was a huge mistake to place an order from Paul Home Fashions. I placed an order for a comforter set online on October 13, 2021. A Client rep send an email stating that the credit card will be charged but the item shall be shipped after 3 weeks as its on backordered. I sent a reply stating to cancel the order. My card was charged the next day, and after consecutive 3 emails to cancel the order, I received an email on a few days later that the order is shipped and requested "Please do not cancel or return your item". I addressed my concerns why the order is not getting canceled and how come the shipment is sent when its backordered after charging the card and 5 days later after cancellation requests. Though the credit card company opened the dispute, I was partially refunded and not in full. Paul Fashions kept $60 without any agreements. The credit card company is notified and so is Consumer Reports/Business Bureau as Paul Fashions is misleading their clients for a hidden profit. I will go up the hierarchy should AMEX, Consumer Reports/Business Bureau are denied the refund.....that saying a hidden profit of $60 by Paul Fashions could cost them triple fold. "
