"Have not heard anything from Paul's since I ordered on 7/31--it is now 8/8. There has been no communication other than that my order was received. No shipping emails, no updates, have not received product yet so hard to rate the company.
Oops--Sorry Paul's! Just received an email from Paul's reminding me that the item I ordered says 2 week shipping stated under "Availability". I guess I was looking more at the confirmation email-- which does not state estimated shipping time. 2 weeks still seems like a long time. Thanks for contacting me so quickly about this! Please note my new star rating!"

I placed an order on 7-29-13 for C&F cora-quilt rugs and decorative pillows, and after placing my order, I found another rug that I wanted so I called and spoke with Paul and he took my additional order so it could be included with my first order without paying shipping chgs. I received my orders on 8-2-13. I am 110% satisfied with my products and the promptness in receiving my order. So pleased that I placed another order today. "I placed an order for items on their site and afterwards received an email stating that one item was no longer available. A couple of days later I call them on balance of order and they did not know anything. They researched and then sent me a short email stating amount refunded. They provided no explanation, I had to call to get explanation. Why have items on your site that you do not have available to sell. Very bad experience! Would never recommend!"

"I have received nothing. I finally got a notice that it was shipped yesterday on the 18th, 8 days after it was ordered. There was no notice that it was out of stock or would be delayed. I have never had any "store", online wait 8 days to ship a product. Since I have Multiple Sclerosis, most of my shopping is done on line. I will not use this company again. I am hoping that my order is what I wanted, and of decent quality. I am a bit skeptical now."
