"The quality of the bedding that I received was very good.
Colors were a lot darker that the pictures on line.
When i ordered the valance, I was expecting three ascots as seen in the photos, but I received only one - a little disappointed here. it would have been nice if the website would have stated this.

"Pauls Home Fashions has less then acceptable customer service. I have read dozens of reviews about how this company takes your money, and that is correct. Should you ever have a problem with an item you will NOT get refunded what you paid for it. And the shipping is outrageous! I ordered an item that was not like the picture, i only wanted to exchange the item, and was more then willing to pay shipping for return. This company, and actually Paul himself was very rude and not willing to work with me at all. Charged me a 25% restocking fee and would not let me exchange. He (very rudely i might add) told me to repurchase what i wanted and pay for shipping AGAIN! When speaking with him on the phone before all this he told me we could "exchange" and never once mentioned a restocking fee. As it turns out, i returned an item and did not reorder another, and the kicker is Paul made more off of me then i originally paid for the item. I never write negative reviews about a company, but this company is TERRIBLE!!! You can buy the items he has from other people, and i suggest doing so. He is a very crooked man..... Highly disappointed.

"I ordered sheers and was unable to get someone to hang them for me for about 2 weeks. When they were hung I found there was a 2 inch difference in the length of the 2 panels. I emailed Paul's immediately and have not received any response. I will have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge to get their attention. I will not shop at Paul's in the future."

"I ordered from Pauls because the delivery time was less than a competitors. I received the merchandise 9/27/13 (11 days). The competitor shipping was at least 3 weeks out. The matching curtains are coming from the competition. Pauls didn't carry the style I perferred. Thanks for the quick response time!"

"My order was short shipped, I was missing one item. After calling and sending an email to CS, I finally was informed via email that the item would ship, which it did. Even though they did short shipped my order, they did respond quickly to correct the problem."
