"Not really sure if this company is just scamming people. I placed an order for 4 normal light bulbs, something they likely have in stock. Received a confirmation of my order and then silence. It's been two weeks. I ended up going to Home Depot and just buying the bulbs instead and requesting a refund for my original order since it hasn't shipped yet and I've received no updates, no information about delays or anything. It either a guy in his mom's basement shipping one order during breaks from World of Warcraft or a scam. IDK. Seems like there are some positive reviews here, maybe bought? If you're the owner/manager of this company and you're reading this, you would really benefit from better communication/updates with your customers. "

Because of some of the reviews I did contact them during the wait and the response was immediate and communication was good. He shipped it out a day after they said they would. On top of that my order was for 14 adapters they sent 13 despite the bag in the box saying 14. "I ordered 4 bulbs and had to wait almost 3 weeks to get "delivery" to come and find out there were only 3 of the 4 bulbs that I ordered and paid for along with $6.95 shipping. I only needed 2 bulbs, but to justify the near $7 shipping, I ordered 4. When I told the company of only receiving 3 of the 4 bulbs, they issued me a refund for 1 of the bulbs. I said that this was not good enough especially after having to wait nearly 3 weeks for delivery. I said I needed them to either send me the bulb that I paid for or refund the bulb in addition to a portion of the shipping. If I were in this company's shoes in this situation with excessive delivery time to only find out that I shipped my customer 75% of their order, I would either send out the missing part of order with expedited delivery or refund the cost of the missing portion of the order along with the full shipping. Apparently, what Stuart Shaffer thought was appropriate was to refund $1 of the $6.95 shipping. Worst customer service experience in a long while considering the long wait for partial order and the perceived resolution of the problem! Never again will I order again from this company!"
