"I placed an order for my bulb needs. After a week I was informed that only part of my order was in stock and that they would ship that part or if I wanted I could request a refund. I went for the refund and it went through instantly. No problems what so ever. I will order again in the future, but will check for stock first."
"Ordered 4 GE fluorescent bulbs by brand and exact specifications. Got a cheaper never-heard-of brand and the wrong size bulbs, the wrong light output. 3 ph. calls went directly to voice mail and never got a call back. Sent a specific email with the order # and no reply, it has been 11 days. Plus, the bulbs were badly packed, but did not break; they were packed in a huge box with a wade of shipping paper stuffed in. "
"Stay Away!!! Ordered 2 bulbs and one was broken on arrival. They sent a 2nd to replace. It too arrived broken. NO padding in box. NO label indicating Fragile or Glass. So stupid that they don't bother to use popcorn or bubble wrap. You can't fix stupid."

"I have ordered from 'stu'@ payless4lighting.com a few times now. I was very hesitant at first; the website seems a little sketchy and the lack of detail makes me uneasy. I Always copy/paste the item description line in google and go to a detailed legit site to see EXACTLY what I am getting...then I return to payless4lighting to get the better price. If I email him with a screenshot of my cart and totals, he will often make me a deal on shipping if I'm getting multiple items or a higher quantity :) Only 2 long tubes out of 50+ bulbs I've ordered from him have been broke/unusable...and that cause I broke them during opening the box. He was totally going to send me 2 new ones if I sent a pic of the broken ones...but I didn't really feel it was their fault so I didn't want to cheat them. I always chk stu's prices FIRST, then compare other sites...sometimes they're high, usually they're so cheap on one bulb, it makes up for the 'fair' price on the other and I save by getting the whole order there. If your into fancy websites or packaging...this place is not for you. Haven't been 'impressed' with the LED prices so far...but I'm a pretty serious shopper for them ;)"

The glass was shaking in the box before we even opened it. When we called, we were told "you women don't know how to handle things gently". I've been working in maintenance and repair industry for 15 years and order parts daily. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a supplier. They charge less than others - I guess you get what you pay for. "

"I ordered on dec 1st and pleaded to have the Xmas bulbs shipped ASAP and to try to improve on the max 10 day delivery. I just received notice from Stuart that the bulbs were shipping today the 16th of December. No reply to my original email and no bulbs 10 days after order so I had to follow up and ask status. He obviously forgot and due to my follow up had them shipped today. Horrible"
"I ordered 8 bulbs from this company. When shipment was delivered, 5 bulbs were completely broken. Got a refund for 5 bulbs but in final had to pay $13 for 3 bulbs. It's a shame. This company sucks!!! Already on the package, there was a sticker asking UPS to deliver even if it looks like broken or damaged. So I am clearly not the first one to experience that with them. The shipment was very very poorly packaged. Do NOT buy with this company!!! "

"Ordered items from the website. They sent the incorrect items although the invoice properly reflected what I had ordered. Sent 2 emails to solve the problem and was ignored. I was even willing to keep the incorrect items and repay for the correct items if they would pay the postage (for 12 tiny bulbs, less than $1.).

"I never received my order either. They said the bulbs were shipped to our location address and I told them to resend them to our PO Box. They claimed that they never received the bulbs back and accused me of actually having them! I emailed and called telling them to cancel my order and send a refund. We haven't received anything yet. They send me nasty emails and were rude over the phone. Do NOT do business with them!"
