"1. How can you communicate with a company that never answers phone calls or responds to messages.
2. Bought a shelf from them which was out of square due to poor workmanship, and they refused to take responsibility for it, since they blamed UPS for causing damages to it - which was not the case. In the process, I am stuck with a defective merchandize which I cannot use and paid for.
3. Poor communication seems to be a serious issue with this company. I have never had experience with a merchant that refused to take responsibility for defective merchandise.
4. They don't even let you know when they ship the orders. "

I'm even more impressed that, since my initial order, they've broken up the mandatory order of 12 blankets (which was required by the manufacturer) and have sold the them individually.
