"Having been a longtime and satisfied customer of Peebles, Chardon, OH, I am greatly disappointed and dismayed by the lack of quality in the merchandise at the newly opened Gordman’s. The selection of name brands was lacking . The cosmetic department of Clinique and Estée Lauder no longer exists. I walked out and told a sales associate what a disappointment the store is and that it is pure junk. I will never shop there. "
"Stage stores I have visited smell upon entering, unpleasant chemical, harsh fluorescent lighting, crowded aisles with unsorted clothes, former manager running around telling employees what to do. Awful."

"I like the Peebles store. It is going out of business though. Gordmans is going to be replacing it and I am thrilled about that. I use to drive 30 minutes to get to a Gordmans store and then it closed about a year and a half ago. It upset me because I was able to find so much more items in that store than I could in any other store in my area. Now it will be only around the corner from my home!!"

"The Restroom has been closed for at least a month and a half. Very unfortunate for those that want to spend time shopping and maybe have small children with them."
"cashier jennifer talked too much personal stuff with people and embarrassed me. when i did not purchase the item due to the coupon not being valid yet. i took the coupon and item back and was going to return it to the rack and she said...give me the item so we can out it back and dont find it somewhere it is not supposed to be.....basically insinuating I was going to just dump it somewhere or steal it as it was small..then after i walked away she had to tell the next customer how they always find things in wrong places left by people...jennifer needs to be told to be less chatty about personal things. She was not professional at all...It was a bad experience that stayed with me for a while...and i was mad at myself for not speaking up and telling her ...I will take it and put it where I got it from...."
