"I shop there often, but what I didn't appreciate, was when she asked me if I wanted to do a donation. I said no. I later noticed she had still charged 5.00 to my card for it. The donation, I will deal with, but the fact I said no and she didn't it anyway really makes me mad. I will tell people who shop there the check their receipt."

"I went to do a return this morning I said good morning to the cashier she could of cared less that I was there she was very abrupt and cold in her in response what do you need, her back was to me and then she put her hand out to take my return i said thats alright i got to check something because i was burnt up. I walked around the store to compose myself went back and told her about how cold and abrupt she was she said she had temperature of 101,so i said where is your manager she said in the back and maybe they'll let me go home. I talked to the manager she said she was sorry and could have cared less to me. So an associate named Dawn asked if she could be help me with my return I said yes cause I couldn't wait to get outta peebles today. If your not feeling well on your job that day you must be COOL,CALM, AND COLLECTED I SAID COLLECTED TO DEAL WITH CO-WORKERS AND CUSTOMERS. I am at this at least once a week, first time this has happened. Hope this matter was addressed."

There were a lot of jeans and/or cropped pants, and I wanted regular slacks."
