I never received neither a call nor an email indicating that the item had arrived. I called the store and was informed that the items had not arrived in the store this was Oct. 20. I called customer service, informed them of my concern. Customer service called the store. The items were located in the store. I received a call from customer service stating that the items were located. My concern was the length of time to receive the item, no call or email of notification that the items had arrived, the length of time—longer than 7-10 days. This online order for Peebles was not a favorable experience. (The associates at Peebles in Colonial Heights, VA are friendly and very helpful. )"

"My experience was nice. Store is clean. The lights in the dressing rooms by the shoes were not on and took a little while to figure out how to turn them on so my daughter had to take my phone in with her to use the flashlight because I could not find anyone to help us."
