"I went to the Colonial Heights store at 545p to return shoes I purchased. I entered at the Conduit St entrance. The lady at the first register I came to was helping no one. She told me I had to take my return back to the shie department register. I stood in line waiting behind a lady with multiple purchases so she could use multiple coupons (about 10 minutes). When I arrived at the register, the associate apologized for my delay. I know you can take purchases or returns to any register, but the woman in the ladies department, after telling me I had to go to shoes, turned her back to me so she, clearly was not going to assist me! This is the first time this has Ever happened."
