"The Franklin Store used to be a decent store, however my experience over the past weekend was horrible. The store looked like a tornado had come through it! As a long time customer it was a complete turn off, and a dangerous situation for people to shop in my opinion trying to navigate around the chaos of bins and stock left in floors and isles unattended with no employees seemingly working on fixing the mess that was everywhere in the store. I don't know if this was a normal everyday mess or what was going on, and as a long time customer it was enough to make me think I likely won't be going back."
