"I have shopped at Peebles in Front Royal and Woodstock, VA. The employees at both are very nice, but the Front Royal store seems very old and crowded and closed in and disjointed compared to the Woodstock store which is airy and easier to shop in. The Front Royal store was so very crowded on Sunday, Dec. 4, but the cashiers were very very friendly considering how busy and UNDERSTAFFED they were. I waited close to 25 minutes in line. That is a bit ridiculous, but I was determined to wait and use my GREAT coupons which saved me a lot of money. I had a cashier named Octavia, and she was most helpful and efficient and pleasant which could not have been easy since the store was so busy and they needed more help."

"The cashiers were overloaded the day I shopped. Everyone was trying to use their coupons (great coupons offered), and the store was very understaffed. I waited in line near 25 minutes which is ridiculous. But I was determined to get good deals with my coupons. The cashier was very very nice and courteous considering how busy and rushed she must have felt. I was impressed by her ability to keep a positive at***ude on such a difficult day to work. I shop at the store in Woodstock mostly but had to be in Front Royal for something that day. The Woodstock store is much more organized, open and well lit - this Front Royal store is just very dated and messy - it needs an overhaul definitely."

I did get great deals using my coupons I received in the mail. There is a terrible selection of home decor items - found nothing at all that I even considered buying. I will not go out of my way to shop in this store again. BUT the cashiers were indeed very nice - I want to stress that - they needed more help. Also - this survey is WAY too long and has way too many annoying and unrelated questions. I found it quite tedious."
