"Very inviting setup and display. Welcoming and warm. Store associate, Tosha welcomed me as I entered the store. I only came to this store because I needed a gift bag for an item that I was delivering and I figured this may be a store that would sell a gift bag. Ms. Tosha advised in the most friendliest fashion that they didn't sell that item. I told her what I needed the gift bag for (a sympathy gift for someone who just lost their dog unexpectedly) and Ms. Tosha offered me a gift box at no charge. I was so appreciative of her compassion. As she was retrieving the box, I noticed boys Levi's jeans on display. I asked Ms. Tosha if they had men's Levi's and she escorted me to that display and told me that they had really good prices on them. I agree!!! I found my size immediately and she rang me up. She was very courteous and displayed the textbook version of exceptional customer service. Ms. Tosha is definitely an asset to Peebles or any customer driven business. Thank you!!"
