"I'm very upset. Purchased clothing for Christmas present and then was unable to give an item because clerk had left the white alarm thing on the pants which I did not discover until I was wrapping on Christmas eve. Had to make a 50 mile round trip today to get them to remove. Purchased more items today and when I got home and went to put away, another item had the white alarm thing on it. This means another 50 mile round trip. Also purchased socks priced at $13.00 and therefore eligible for the 60% off savings; however,when I looked at my receipt, they had rang up as $10.98 and therefore only gave me 10% off. (I caught this when we were only about 5 miles away from the store and turned around and got them to correct this one, but again an extra 10 miles and time). In other words any savings have been eaten up with an extra 110 miles of driving to get clerks to correct their mistakes. It's like mess ups are purposely done to get one to return. I feel like you all owe me travel money."

"On a Saturday at 12:10pm you would think more than one register would be open. One frantic checker was taking care of a lone customer ahead of me. I asked for help in makeup and she said she would come there after finishing with present customer. I saw the store manager sitting down within feet of the checker. She did not offer to help me or any others who were roaming around looking for someone to check them out."
