"When we walked in, to the right was a group of employees standing around (conversation sounded like gossip) The only one that greeted us was the woman at the cosmetic counter, when we were looking at jewerly, the same woman asked if we needed help, again the same woman rang us up, she was very friendly and helpful, you would think she was the only one working. In the past similar instances had occurred. That same employee helped us while others stood around and talked, that store is not that busy, there is absolutely no reason why they can't stop talking when a customer comes in and greet, help, and ring up people. On the receipt it has Chasity on it, that is the only employee that helped us."

"I usually get good service and find the items that were advertised. During this recent visit, items were not as advertised and doorbuster items were already sold out within 3 hours of opening.Feel they should have ordered more."

"Coupons that you have not used they always say they have been used. Also, if the coupon has been used and they have not expired you should be able to use them again."

"We are a platinum member but did not receive double points. The clerk ask us if we wanted to use our $15.00 rewards but then didn't use them. Which will make us come back to shop again before the rewards expire. We might not get the chance to do this so we might lose the points. She took our paper with the code and threw it away so we don't know when it expires. Is this how you get people back in the store? We went back into the store to try to correct the mistake and was told we still had the rewards but they couldn't tell us when it expired without us buying something. Very upsetting."
