"The clerk was very rude to my mother. Questioning her charge card due to that she was purchasing for her granddaughters. She used the card previously 2 times without issue, same cashier, but then when my daughter and myself were at the cash register she asked for ID, then debated about the name on the card, as the Middle initial was different due to maiden name. Manager just shrugged her shoulders when the cashier asked about it. My mother shops there frequently, but after this episode, I will not be encouraging to shop locally at your store. Felt it was a very unprofessional sales clerk as to the way she acted. If she doesn't like the job, she needs to move on."
