"While waiting for a dressing room to open, I witnessed the salesclerk speaking to a customer for an extensive amount of time while another customer waited. While my disabled sister and I tried on many items (4 items at a time, per the handwritten sign), we placed things we wanted to buy in our cart, which was directly in front of the dressing room area, and found that the clothes we wanted to buy were returned to the racks and we only had three items that were in our last set of clothes to try on with us. I knew we might have to wait a long time in line as well, so I ran back to the clearance racks (which were the ONLY racks we shopped) and retrieved one dress my sister selected, only to find out that it and another item were not truly clearance items as they weren't labelled with red tags. After wasting time shopping the clearance racks only to find that the items on those racks were not necessarily clearance items, even if they were marked down...they wo0uld be subject to further reduction with the promotion so I wouldn't be buying them as I budgeted for the price with the promotion, coupled with being told that I have to put in my phone number to access the sale even when I'd rather not, I made my purchase of the two remaining clearance items and disappointed my sister because the dress would be more money than I planned. We ran late getting home tonight thanks to the slow checkout. Overall, it was a very frustrating shopping experience. I hope I don't have to return one of the items that was purchased for a family member as I don't wish to return to Peebles any time soon. Thanks for listening."

"I found the store much less cluttered with sale racks and easier to walk around. I have a visual handicap so this was helpful. I went in specifically for Clinique and Chiarra, the sales associate, was above par. I was able to use my husband's birthday gift. I purchased other items, but was once again dismayed when I found that none of the coupons in my possession or on my email would work on the purchase of items with certain numbers."
