"I love the associates in this store. They have always been friendly helpful and engaging.However the management over the past has been a revolving door. Some havebeen great willing to go above and beyond to keep you happy. Other time s no cant do that.are not willing to take a small hit in margin to satisfy customer. I blame home office NOT manager. I havebeen in retail management for over 30 years in both soft and hardlines. My current company allows ASSOCIATES a $25 discretion to encourage company loyaty. Apparently your managers NOW have no leeway. Two weeks ago I walked over $10!! I came back because I love the store and people are so friendly! Dont force me to leave because management is too scared to make a customer happy. Once three years ago Aaron a manager overrode a coupon and I ended up with a $200 purchase. If he had not I most likely would not have come back.Make saisfaction yoyr priority and hire managers with same friendly personalities as associates.Survey is waaay too long"

"About 8 years ago I needed a dress for a specific occasion and I went to at least 10 different stores and couldn't find anything I liked. The merchandise was aimed toward either the teen and 20 something age bracket or towards the senior sector. I decided to stop by Peebles on my way home and I found exactly what I needed in about 15 minutes and have been doing about 90% of my shopping for myself there ever since!"

"I was impressed by how the store had been rearranged. Nice new Central check out area that looks well organized. The layout of the store is very good and flows well. I did not use the fitting room. The only thing I did notice that could be fixed is that that outside window edges and door frames need to be cleaned. The windows are clean but the framework and Edge of the sidewalk need to be tidied up."
