"I'm filling this out primarily to tell you about a manager named Mike. I had recieved a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift and I needed to exchange them for the right size. As soon as I walked through the door Mike was there, I never expected that he would personally go back and try to find the correct size and being unable to find them he began searching the company website. I'm always delighted to see him when I come in because he is pleasant, professional, and he knows his store. The lack of good customer service in this day and age is depressing and I've never been one to be fussy about clothes but I find myself in your store more and more often, especially since becoming a cardholder.Your associates go out of their way to find me the best deal and to make sure I'm satisfied. The shoe department tends to be out of my size and I also can't find them online but that's really my only complaint. Lexington Peebles has made me enjoy shopping again."

"We were approx 2.5 hrs from home, decided on a whim to stop in. Found a really nice coat that I liked. Store was clean and laid out well. My only complaint is that there are no mirrors on the sales floor. Sometimes I like to just lay the clothing up against me to get an idea how it would look, without having to try it on. There were mirrors in the changing rooms."
