"Some question responses need to be explained"
"The location I went to in Lexington was my first. The associate didnt welcome me at arrival or offer assistance but when I ask she was more than willing and very interested in sales and customer service satisfaction. Pricing was confusing on the handbags and not very good deals. I live near a Peebles in Bedford, Va but I dont go there because #1 the prices are to high very little options on discounts worse are the associates not being friendly. Lexingtons associate Sasha, definately made me feel welcome and didn't mind giving me multiple prices on items. Very patient friendly young lady. I hope she will go far within your company."
"I enjoyed the sales associate. The orginial bottom was 34.00 and with the marked down it went to 23>80 then the associate used a $10 off coupon which then brought the item down to .20. I was super excited to buy a .20 cent bathing suit item."
"Cashier Ashley was rude when questioned about discount from 20% off coupon. I also ask if they could keep some items I was purchasing behind the counter until I finish shopping and was told I could get a basket upfront."

"When I use my Peebles card I immediately pay it off but when I have to return an item I am not allowed to get cash for my return even when I show I paid it off. Very frustrating. My money is in a hold if I can't find what I need and it is not in the store. Now I do not have money to make the needed purchases. I am on a budget and my money is saved and put aside to make certain purchases. I want this policy to be changed,"
