"What I disagree with is the way the store, your company treated my $20 card that I used to pay for my purchases. It seems as though I feel your store cost me more than it should have. Instead of taking the 50% off then taking my 20 dollars for payment off total, store divided the 20 dollars between the 3 items, by doing this it cost me $12.48 instead of only $2.50. It just seem like I was cheated out of $10.00. The sales rep did explain that this was the way your company did it. But all in all, it doesn't seem right. I'm not dissatisfied with the clerks by no means, but with the way your company treated my payment."

"During this visit I was overcharged. I bought two items that were marked down to a lower price and had a coupon for an extra 50% on clearance. I was charged the full price causing my stackable coupon to not give me a higher discount on my other purchases. When I noticed it after I got home I was very disappointed, but the distance is too great to return verses the price difference."
