"I was happy with the manager and the clerk. What made me mad is the deception of your add and the way you rip people off. Your add read 40 percent off. The item was $40.00 and the 40 percent price was $24. which was right. When I went to the check out the clerk put the price in and I handed the clerk a Birthday Coupon for $10. The computer took $10 off the top and then the 40% so instead of paying$14.00 I was charged $18 which is wrong. The clerk said this is the was you set your computers up. This is wrong and I am going to the VT consumer office and complain about the way you STEEL from unknowing customers. I would like a feed back from you on my complaint and how you are going to correct it."
