"I ask the cashier if the items on the 3.99 doorbuster rack were actually 3.99 or was it 3.99 and up? He said 3.99 for juniors and 4.99 for ladies and womans. Then he proceeded to ring up my items one of which was from the rack. It rang up 21.99 with my rewards and going out of business discount the final price for the item was 9.85. Not a bad price but not what I was told. There were several other of my item on the rack so I know it was not an item accidentally placed on the doorbuster rack. Not a big deal but not good service either."

At first when I realized the items on the floor, for the clear the floor event we're not all 40% off, I heard another associate tell another customer that anything ending in 8 was not part of the 40% off clear the floor event. So when I saw the associate again, I asked her about the items in my cart which was full by the way, if every thing ending in 8 was not part of the 40% off. I read the sign and I noticed there was some exclusions included and being in the retail business for 37 years myself, I know that there are some rules and some things don't apply. When I told the associate that I was putting my whole cart back on the shelf she must have told the manager Amy and when I proceeded to the checkout to only purchase four items, for small items, Amy approached me and asked if I had a problem and if there was anything she could help me with. I proceeded to tell her what the problem was and she quickly solved the problem and made me very happy!"
