"I LOVE the products, variety, and sales, but the store is very crowded with inventory, poorly organized - at least in the women's section - and poorly staffed. There are never enough registers open. The store is too warm for my taste, and the dressing rooms are especially uncomfortable while trying on clothing. Most of the employees are not friendly at all and never smile or greet me. There are one or two that are friendly, but the others seem to have chips on their shoulders."

"The lady on the floor that was trying ti help cashier was rude and very smart. Supervisor was not helpful and rude. I had just Began to shop here again because of the nice sales and the all the times I have shop before the sales people was nice this time very rude and not helpful they said there system was down. The cashier was okay she understood me not getting my rewards points she was nice. This store needs more friendly employees I stop coming years ago because of this."

"I really do not like the registers spaced out and neither does anyone else I know. It would be nice to have the registers at the exit of the store like most stores. It is very frustrating going to look for a register and no one being at them once you find one. This is a huge problem in the local Peebles. "I am almost to the point where I am going to stop going to this store. I treat people nice (the same way I would like to be treated) BUT the older black ladies that work there are racist!! One day 3-4 ladies were standing by the shoe dept and the scarfs and I couldn’t find a register open so I asked if there was a register open and they all said NO! So I went to the jewelry counter & asked the lady if she could ring me up (she was ringing another customer up) so she asked one of the ladies that I already asked and one lady said she was going on a break and the others stated they were busy. I told her I had already asked and they told me no that they were rude. She apologized for them and she took care of ringing my items up. So today I go in and AGAIN!! I asked the lady if I could change my phone number because we moved, she told me to call the number on the card. I believe because there was a black lady behind me. I am not making this up!! I have said something to several of the cashiers there. Next time I am going to video it an post it for everyone to see!"

"I love the items I purchase can always find something You carry 1 item that I can only get on line or at a major store I have been to a total of 4 stores in last 20 years sadly 2 closest to me did close and 1 I went to on vacation out of state but a relative moved near this store 20 years ago and I always stopped in when I visited her. Since she moved I try to go down 1 to 3 times a year I live over 1 hour away"
