"The store has become excessively over crowded and under staffed. Could not find as associate to help with a purchase that did not have a tag on it. Only found 2 cashiers available. Catherine #001797795 did go out of her way to help me with this and was very competent, but it took me a long time to find her. I had a hard time shopping in the clothing section due to severe overcrowding. I hope you can make adjustments soon. This store used to be the one store I could always count on to find the things I need."

"I had been standing in line for over 10 minutes when an jewelry associate came over and said she could check me out. Even though I was next in line I went with her thinking I will get out quicker. NOT SO!!! I was like Great excited until she didn’t know how to do a return and exchange so I ended up going back over to the same line I was in and the sales associate was able to do my exchange and purchase. I also told the sales associates what had just happened as well as who it was and she was apologizing for her stating she been here for 20yrs she should know how to do an exchange and purchase. She was very pleasant."

"ERIC was my associate he was the only male working. He was friendly and very professional. He saw me standing in line and said if I followed him he could assist me. I was Impressed!!!
