"I have been a loyal customer for several years and visit many times a year, but this is the 1st survey I took the time to fill out. Alice, Lisa, and Susan are my go-to girls there. What compelled me this time was that as I waited in line ( I was 3rd ) the employees seemed to be putting too much emphasis, actually alot, as they seemed to be under pressure, to procure magazines and store credit card applications. That has since passed for me as they know I have one but choose not to use it because of its huge interest rate. I understand why.....I owned a business before I retired. But since you asked my opinion, I would prefer that your staff sell merchandise 1st and foremost. Thats the name of the game. Thank You"

"I want you tp know you have a valued cashier associate - Brenda #000243291 in the Rehoboth, DE store. My daughter and I were shopping for $100 budjet for the Bethel Church to purchase clothing for young needy children as a mission in the Church. Brenda was so helpful and patient with us since we had a cart full of clothing. She was so friendly and kind since we had a budjet and had several brands (Nikie, etc) with red tags for the age discount but were not included in the sale and no where did we see signs telling us of the exclusion. we had to rethink some of the purchases but she did not get frustrated at all with us. My daughter finally got the $104.00 total purchase with the great assistance of Brenda. I know you usually just receive complaints, but I did want you to know Brenda gave us exceptional assistance. YOU HAVE A VALUABLE EMPLOYEE. Thank you."
