"I noticed that employees have been getting more polite over the years. good morning and thank you are now standard where they were not before. several years ago, while shopping with an African American friend I heard employees saying loud enough for customers to hear, to "keep an eye on that one". I went to the manager and voiced my concern. Today an employee said very loudly that a customer last night stayed 5 minutes after closing and how rude that is and went on and on about it. I said it is inappropriate to speak about customers like that while other customers can hear. There was no response just a deadly look. Peebles its time to train your employees to show some respect and kindness. "
