"I was very unhappy with how my shopping experience concluded today. Before I checked out I specifically asked if the promotion was all red tag clearance is $9.99. 2 store employees told me that yes it is and 1 of the employees even stated the prices were so good it almost feels like a trick. I responded that The pants were higher prices and I was surprised to score such a great deal. The cashier rang up my 2 clearance items and I pointed out that the pants rang in at $14.99. She said well it depends on which rack you get them from. I specifically asked if the RED TAG items were all $9.99. This was humiliating for me and caused me to have an anxiety attack and start crying. The woman that made the statement about how it almost seems like a trick took off while my cashier was gentle and kind and able to take the item off my total and finish checking me out. It was a humiliating experience for someone with social anxiety."
