"This is one of my favorite stores. Paula the Manager is a super gracious and kind person that goes above and beyond to meet, greet and interact with her customers. Joseph is always eager to help the customer, makes sure to speak and acknowledge the customer and takes the initiative to show me new items that the store is offering. Heather is the kindest person; she always greets the customer, always asks to help and let me know that she is available if I need assistance on anything while in the store. When I visit this store I feel like I am visiting family. I choose to drive to this store and surpass similar stores in my area because the Manager, Assistant Managers and Staff never hesitate to let their customers know they are the most important part of their day. Even if I am having a stressful day or in a hurry, I always leave this Peebles with a smile on my facel and a warm heart all because of the way I was treated and the respect shown. The staff at this Peeble's should be your go to example store for training other stores on how to interact with your customers and provide EXCELLENT customer service!"
