"It would be very helpful if there was at least one salesclerk working the floor. There was no one to open the locked dressing room. Prices not always clear and there is no one to ask. You don't want to ask when you are checking out. By then it's too late and you don't want to hold up the line. You lose sales when there isn't anyone offering customer service. There is usually an associate in the cosmetic department, but nowhere else."

Very informed knew what she was doing...did have to ask another associate couple questions. Nothing major. She also asked us if we wanted to open a peebles account which we decided to complete. "This Peebles is one of my favorite stores. I have to drive about 30 minutes to get to this store but it is well worth the drive. The Store Manager, Paula, is always Smiling and never hesitates to speak and have a conversation with her customers. Joseph and Allison, along with Paula always show the customer the utmost respect. They greet you when you come through the door, take the time to make sure the customer is aware of sales that are going on, and always take the time to show me items they think I might be interested in. They are the kindest, most gracious and respectful employees and store that I can think of. I would readily shop this store simply to interact with the staff and experience the shopping that always leaves me feeling like my trip was well worth the drive. I cannot say enough kind words about this store, I am just thankful that this store is close enough for me to shop."
